Questions people ask.

Can anyone at FINSTRIDE see my transactions?

No one browses them. Our admin tools show only counts, such as how many entries an account has, never amounts or descriptions. We'd look at your records only if you ask us to in a support request, or if it's strictly needed to keep the service secure.

What if I lose my phone?

Log in on another device and change your password. If you use two-step log-in and lost your authenticator, you can ask for an email code to switch it off. For your safety, it takes effect after 24 hours. This needs a verified email.

Do you need my bank login?

No. You record entries yourself, import them or scan a receipt. If we add bank connections later, they'll always be optional.

What happens if I delete my account?

It's locked straight away. After 30 days, your account and all your entries are deleted for good. We keep payment records only as the law requires.

Everything is in our Privacy Policy, written in plain words, following GDPR, UK GDPR and CCPA.
